BF Agency provides branding, naming, logo design, visual identity, web and UI/UX design, and related creative services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights to final deliverables. BF Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Preliminary concepts, rejected drafts, and process files remain the property of SMNET CAPITAL OÜ.
The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and ensuring they hold the rights to any materials (text, images, trademarks) supplied to BF Agency for use in the project.
We use AI tools to support the creative process — generating concepts, analysing competitive landscapes, and accelerating production. All final work is reviewed, directed, and refined by our human team. The use of AI extends creative authorship; it does not replace it.
BF Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
