BF Agency uses artificial intelligence tools — including Midjourney, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, and Claude — to support the creative process: generating initial concepts, analysing competitive landscapes, and accelerating production. All final work is reviewed, directed, and refined by our human design team. The use of AI tools does not replace creative authorship — it extends it.
By accessing and using this website, you agree to the following terms:
Services. BF Agency provides branding, logo design, visual identity, web design, and related creative services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights to final deliverables. BF Agency retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. All preliminary concepts, rejected drafts, and process files remain the property of SMNET CAPITAL OÜ.
Client Responsibilities. The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and ensuring they have rights to any materials (text, images, trademarks) supplied to BF Agency for use in the project.
Limitation of Liability. BF Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or deliverables. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.
Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
